How can I check room availability?

Simply enter your arrival and departure date on the Online Reservation box on our website then click ‘check availability’

Can you send us your room rate? Is there any discount?

 

A

Our room and villa rate is available online and it varies from time to time depend on the seasons. Fill in your arrival and departure date on the Online Reservation box on our website, you will then find the best rate available for the period of your stay. The rate offered are the best deal of the day which is the reflection of the discount for that day.

Q

What facilities are available in the hotel? Do you have gym?

 

A

Unfortunately we do not have gym in the hotel however our Concierge team will be able to recommend you one near the hotel. You have to pay entrance fee on your own. For guest convenience we have one restaurant and a spa in the premises. Lobby Lounge with free wi-fi and internet corner. Poolside Bar is also available.

Where is the location of the hotel? What is interesting surround hotel area?

 

A

The hotel is located on Jalan Laksmana which is locally famous as ‘eat street’ in Seminyak. Just few steps from the hotel you will find many boutiques and famous restaurants and bars. Kudeta, La Luciola, Potato Head, Sarong, Metis, Mama San, Sisterfields, La Faveloa  are few famous names along.

Can you arrange airport pick up?

Yes, with advance booking a minivan can be arranged to pick you up from the airport. The minivan will comfortably accommodate maximum 4 adults with luggage. Priced at Rp 235,000 per car one way

Can you arrange baby sitter?

 

A

Yes, we can help you to arrange baby sitter from outside. Please book one day in advance thru our Guest Service Assistance at the Lobby or upon making your room reservation

Do you have Kids Club?

 

A

We do not have Kids Club however Kids Pool is available with 0.5 meter in depth. Parents must accompany their children while using the pool.

Q

What is the maximum number of people allowed in one room? Can we add extra bed?

 

A

One room will accommodate 2 persons only. Extra bed is available only in Deluxe Pool Terrace. Two Bedroom Pool Villa accommodates 4 persons plus 2 children under 12 years on sofa bed at extra charge. Four Bedroom Villa will accommodate 8 persons plus 2 children under 12 years on sofa bed at extra charge.

Do I have to book tours in advance or can I do this during my stay?

We suggest you to book in advance for better planning. If you prefer not, you may make the arrangement during your stay. Please contact our Guest Service Assistance at the Lobby

What treatment do you have in your spa? Can you send me the brochure?

American and Indonesian buffet breakfast is served at Asparagus Resto & Bar from 7 to 11.00 am

Can breakfast be taken at Room Service?

 

A

Room rate includes complimentary breakfast which is served at the restaurant. Room Service breakfast is subject to separate charges. Guest stay in the villa can take breakfast in the villa without extra charge or at the restaurant.

Will my card be charged prior to arrival?

 

A

Your credit card is only required to guarantee your booking and will not be charged prior your arrival unless you want to pay advance deposit or pay your reservation in full. In the event of late cancelation or no show, a fee will be charged to your credit card consequently

Do you provide free wi-fi internet connection in the room?

 

A

Yes, we do provide free internet access in the room. Internet can be accessed thru LAN network or wi-fi connection. LAN cable is available in the drawer of the working desk. Internet corner with two computer terminals is open 24 hours in the Lobby Lounge free of charge for guest convenience. Internet connection is also available in all public areas except restaurant tthru wi-fi connection.

Do you have VIP immigration service at the airport?

Do you have connecting rooms or connecting villas?

 

A

Connecting rooms is available on request. All of our Two Bedroom Pool Villas is interconnected make it very suitable for small groups or families

Is there money changer in the hotel?

 

A

There is licensed money exchange counter at the Concierge desk. On the street outside the hotel there also several money changers located close to the hotel. Make sure you count your money before leaving the counter.

Can you arrange car or motorbike rental?

What is your swimming pool opening hour?

Both of our swimming pools are open from 8 am to 10 pm.

Can we have BBQ or Dinner party in the villa?

 

A

Team of Bistro Batu Kali will be pleased to provide you some options.

We are traveling with kids. Do you have fence for the swimming pool in the villa?

 

A

It is available on request and subject to availability. Please tell us upon making reservation.
There is no life guard on duty during your stay here and all guests should note that use of your private swimming pool is at your own risk. Management cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries.

Can we stage a private party in the villa?

 

A

Yes, definitely. That is one of the reason why you should rent a villa. However, to respect the convenience of other guests and neighbors party should end by 11 pm. Management has the right to stop the party. Please notify the Duty Manager if you plan to stage a party so we can help you arrange the best possible one.

Can I request special type of pillows? How much is the cost?

 

A

Yes, for sure. We believe great holidays start with good sleep. Special pillow such as hard pillow, anti snore, U shape etc is available on request. Please mention this upon making your reservation or ask our staff at the Front Desk when you stay with us. It free of charge.
