GENERAL INFORMATION
- Full prepayment will be expected on arrival where you have not selected Book, Pay and Save option.
- Check in after 2 pm and check out at 12 noon
- Early arrival is subject to room availability
- Late checkout is charged at 50% of room rate, and subject to availability upon arrival
- Maximum one rollaway bed can be added in a Deluxe Pool Terrace Room for one child up to 14 years old at an additional charge of USD 30 per night inclusive of breakfast. Booking in advance is required.
- All rates are quoted inclusive of breakfast
- Preferred allocation of your room during your stay can not be guaranteed prior your arrival. In case you have requested/indicated a preferred allocation, we will try our utmost best to meet your preferences, however allocation is based on availability upon arrival.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
If you click 'Yes' to airport transfer on the booking form, the charge of USD 15 will apply. This charge is not automatically calculated as part of your online reservation but you will be charged upon your arrival.

Between 8 January - 30 June & 16 September - 25 December
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a ONE NIGHT cancellation fee
- Cancellations made wihin 7 days of arrival are subject to a THREE NIGHT cancellation fee
- Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival are subject to FULL CHARGE for length of stay
Between 1 July - 15 September
- Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival are subject to a ONE NIGHT cancellation fee
- Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to a THREE NIGHT cancellation fee
- Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival are subject to FULL CHARGE for length of stay
Between 26 December - 7 January
Full prepayment is required at time of booking and is non-refundable
Completion of the booking, represents full understanding and agreement of the terms & conditions.
No show and cancellation fees will be charged as per cancellation policy and terms and conditions automatically to credit card provided.
