News From Our Backstage
At Amadea, we believe that having happy staff members is a contributing factor to ensuring that our guests are happy during their stay. With this in mind, we conduct regular training and development sessions to empower our team and equip them with the tools necessary to serve. We also go to great lengths to identify and reward good deeds through our Employee of the Quarter initiative. The most recent Employee of the Quarter winner is a member of Guest Service team, Darmada Eka Putra. He is a hard worker with a passion to serve and always goes above and beyond the call of duty.
Another staff member, I kadek Febri Arsana from Security Department was also acknowledged as Employee of the Quarter – Supporting Partner for his outstanding performance as a casual contract worker.
Lastly, the winner of the Employee of the Quarter - Most Recommended by Guests are Putu Pajar Aditya, Alen Jodi, Gusti Ngurah Agung Suadnyana, Wayan Rasita, Wayan Sila, Nanang Kurniawan, Kadek Sukerta, Putu Windu Saputra, Simeon Yunus M. This award is presented to the staff member who has the most positive mentions in our guest comments cards. These are just some of the dedicated people who serve our guests on a daily basis and our congratulations go out to all of the winners. Many of you might be familiar with those star employees.
