In this edition we share that Amadea Resort & Villas Seminyak embraced the spirit of community by distributing lunch boxes to taxi drivers throughout the Seminyak area and our promotion package Bali Villa Getaway. Amadea Resort & Villas Seminyak Celebrates Independence Day with Community Gesture
In honor of Indonesia's Independence Day, Amadea Resort & Villas Seminyak embraced the spirit of community by distributing lunch boxes to taxi drivers throughout the Seminyak area. The resort's initiative underscores its commitment to supporting local stakeholders and fostering strong community bonds.
“We believe that business should always support its community and we love to share what we have,” said Indra Saputra, HR Manager at Amadea Resort & Villas Seminyak. “A strong nation starts from strong communities, and that's how we celebrate our national Independence Day.”
The distribution was carried out by a dedicated team from each department at the hotel, beginning at 10 AM across three key locations. In total, 100 lunch boxes were handed out to both taxi and motorbike taxi drivers, acknowledging their vital role in the local tourism ecosystem.
By honoring these essential contributors, Amadea highlights their appreciation for the drivers' efforts in making Seminyak a welcoming and vibrant destination for visitors.
Bali Villa Getaway Package
A villa is the perfect accommodation option for families with children or groups of friends travelling together to the island of Bali. Apart from extra space and heightened privacy, a villa has all the comforts and conveniences of a modern home.
With this in mind, Amadea has created an exciting three nights Bali Villa Getaway Package complete with an array of special privileges. The Bali Villa Getaway Package is priced at just USD 1007 to stay in a Two Bedroom Pool Villa for for three nights stay for 4 persons or USD 1750 for a stylishly-appointed Four Bedroom Pool Villa for three nights stay for 8 persons.
Additional services such as a BBQ dinner cooked by a private chef or a romantic floating breakfast in your private swimming pool are other incentives of staying in a villa and can be organized with prior notice at a reasonable fee.
Located at Amadea main pool let’s chill out by the pool with Sunday Pool Side BBQ starting from 12 noon to 4 pm every Sunday. We inviting you to start and enjoy your weekend in style by chilling poolside with an array of refreshing cocktails and scrumptious food.
Menu choices includes beef hot dog, chicken wing, burgers and sandwiches. The highlight is the beef tenderloin steak or Seafood Platter consist of prawn, squid, mahi mahi served with mixed lettuce, sweet corn and lemon butter sauce.

Galungan Day – Victory of Dharma against Adharma
Bali’s religious calendar is based on a 210 day cycle that is enriched with auspicious dates and colourful rituals. Over the coming month the island’s Hindu community will celebrate Galungan on 25th September 2024, which marks the beginning of a 10 day ceremonial festival. Galungan is a time when the Balinese return home to their ancestral villages to pray in their family temples. It also involves elaborate offerings to appease the Gods as well as the unseen elements of the underworld.
