Booking Terms & Conditions
Please note the following conditions for rates presented unless otherwise stated
- Room rates are quoted inclusive of breakfast for two adults
- Rates are exclusive of 10% government tax.
- Rollaway beds are available at US$30 net per night for children up to 14 years old. Maximum one rollaway bed per room.
- For the comfort of all guests all our rooms are non-smoking however smoking is permitted on the private balconies or in the walled gardens
- Some of our Superior Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and Deluxe Pool Terrace rooms are interconnecting. Please make request at the time of booking
CHILDREN’S POLICY
- Up to 2 children under 6 years old sharing existing bed with parents will be accommodated free of charge on room and daily breakfast
- Up to 2 children of 6 years old and under 12 years old sharing existing bed with parent will be accommodated free of charge on room only. Breakfast supplement of USD 8 per person will be charged per night
- Children of 12 years and above will be considered as adult and will be accommodated on extra bed or sofa bed with extra charge
- Baby cot is available on request basis free of charge
For your convenience, airport transfer is available at IDR 235,000 net per car one way in a private coach, maximum 4 persons per car with luggage. Advance reservation is required.
