Annual Staff Party 2025: Going Green

Amadea Resort & Villas hosted its annual staff party on 21st March 2025 taking Going Green theme in conjunction with the 14th anniversary in the coming June. This event was held in appreciation for the hard work and dedication of all team members over the past year.  

This elegant party saw all employees dress in “reusing old clothes’ in order to reduce textile waste and gather for a cocktail reception followed by a delicious buffet dinner. There were lots of lucky door prizes drawn throughout the evening along with entertaining stage performances by each department and fund raising to support some social care programs initiated by Amadea Cares.

This year annual staff party adopt special theme “Going Green”. We realize that saving the environment starts with ourselves, in every small step taken to save the environment will have a big impact.

The most awaited program was the announcement of the Employee of the Year and Supervisor of the Year 2024. After the careful judging process, the winner of Employee of the Year 2024 was Mr. I Wayan Anggara Aditya from Guest Service Department. The award for Supervisor of the Year 2024 went to Guest Service Department, Mrs. Ni Wayan Fida Wahyundari.

These two winners are familiar to many of our guests. They will go on to represent Amadea in the same event on national level competing with others hotels within the Prime Plaza Hotels and Resorts group.

On the special night other prestigious awards are also dedicated to some outstanding staff members. Engineer of the year goes to Agus Suryawan, Housekeeper of the year goes to I Kadek Riadiastika, Security of the year goes to I Tedy Juliartana, Room Upseller of the year goes to Ni Luh Putu Ardiningsih (Hana), Social Care of the year goes to Dewa Gede Juniartha, FB Upseller of the year goes to I Gusti Ayu Nandini, Honesty award goes to Ni Luh Putu Ardiningsih (Hana), Chef of the year goes to Ni Wayan Septiarini, Most Recommended by Guest 2024 goes to I Gusti Komang Rama Adi Putra, Green Champion  of the year goes to Martinus Umbu Ndena Mehangkunda.
